का.आ. 1406(अ).-सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 14 कीउप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उपखण्ड ( i ) के अनुपालनार्थ बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 130/2004- सीमा शुल्क ( गै .टै. ) [ का.आ. 1299(अ) ] दिनांक 24 नवम्बर, 2004 ( निर्यात माल ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, नामत :-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची-1 की क्रम सं. 2 की प्रविष्टियों में निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, नामत:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23 December , 2004
No. 140/2004- NT- CUSTOMS
S.O. 1406 (E) . In pursuance of sub -clause ( i ) of clause ( a) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 of Customs Act, 1962 (52of 1962) , the Board hereby makes the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 130/ 2004 - NT - CUSTOMS [ S.O. 1299 (E ) ] dated 24th November, 2004 ( export goods) , namely:-
Inthe Schedule- I of the said Notification for serial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
