नई दिल्ली, 24 दिसम्बर, 2004
New Delhi , the 24th December, 2004 सं. यू-13034/40/ 2004-जीपी. भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2004 की अधिसूचना संख्या यू-13034/40/2004- जीपी में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
No. U -13034/40/2004-GP.- The Central Govern ment hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. U- 13034/40/2004-GP dated 25th August, 2004.
उक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा 4 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्ः-
In the said Notification for paragraph 4 the following paragraph shall be substituted, namely:-
" 4. The inquiry shall be completed and the report thereon submitted to the Government on or before 31st March, 2005" .
" 4. जांच पूरी कर ली जाएगी तथा उससे संबंधित रिपोर्ट 31 मार्च, 2005 को या उससे पूर्व सरकार को प्रस्तुत कर दी जाएगी" ।
