का.आ. 1411(अ).- नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् अधिनियम, 1994 ( 1994 का 44) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा डॉ. के. एस. सुगाथन, संयुक्त सचिव (यू. टी. ) , गृह मंत्रालय को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् का सदस्य मनोनीत करती है और इस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार , गृह मंत्रालय की दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर , 2000 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1139( अ ) में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना में, मद ( 5 ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित मद प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
" (5 ) डॉ. के. एस. सुगाथन

यशवन्त राज, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण: नई दिल्ली नगर पालिका परिषद् का पुनर्गठन करने संबंधी मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र में दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2000 की सं. का. आ. 1139( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् इसमें दिनांक 31 जनवरी , 2001 की संख्या का.आ. 86 ( अ ) , दिनांक 23 मई, 2001 की सं. का.आ. 454( अ ) , दिनांक 31 अगस्त, 2001 की संख्या का.आ. 850( अ ) , दिनांक 10 अक्तूबर, 2002 की सं. का.आ. 1082( अ ) , दिनांक 1 नवम्बर, 2002 की सं. का.आ. 1156( अ) , दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2003 की सं . का.आ. 341 ( अ ) , दिनांक 24 जून, 2003 की सं. का.आ. 726 ( अ ) , दिनांक 8 दिसम्बर, 2003 की सं. का. आ. 1412 ( अ ) , दिनांक 1 जनवरी, 2004 की सं. का.आ. 6 ( अ ) , दिनांक 9 फरवरी , 2004 की सं. का. आ. 174( अ ) के तहत संशोधन किया गया था तथा इसमें अंतिम संशोधन दिनांक 8 जून, 2004 की सं. का.आ. 669 ( अ ) के तहत किया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 24th December, 2004
S.O. 1411 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the New Delhi Municipal Council Act , 1994 (44 of 1994) , the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. K. S. Sugathan , Joint Secretary (Union Territories) in the Ministry of Home Affairs to be a member of the New Delhi Municipal Council and för that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs number S.O. 1139 (E) , dated the 22nd December, 2000, with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification , namely:-
In the said notification, for item (5) , the following item shall be substituted, namely: ----
