No. 1 /5/2002- Public. The regulation number ( ix) ofthe Pravasi Bhartiya Samman Award instituted vide this Ministry's Notification of even number dated the 15th December, 2002 is substituted as follows :-- सं. 1/5/2002- पब्लिक. इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 15 दिसम्बर, 2002 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना के तहत स्थापित किए गए प्रवासी भारतीय सम्मान पुरस्कार के विनियम सं. ( ix ) को निम्नानुसार प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है :-
(ix) The shortlisted nominations shall be placed before the Jury- cum -Awards Committee . The composition of the Jury-cum-Awards Committee shall be as follows :-
