का.आ. 1417(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कारखाना अधिनियम , 1948 ( 1948 का 63 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( ढ ) के परन्तुक के खण्ड (iii) केअनुसरण में यह घोषणा करती है कि नीचे सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में वर्णित अधिकारी उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में वर्णित कारखानों के कारोबार के प्रबंध के लिए नियुक्त करती है, इन्हें उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजन के लिए अधिष्ठाता समझा जाएगा : -

New Delhi , the 23rd December, 2004
S.O. 1417 ( E) . In pursuance of clause (iii ) of the proviso to clause ( n) of Section 2 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948 ) , the Central Government hereby declares that the officer mentioned in column (2) ofthe Table below appointed to manage the affairs of the factories mentioned in column (3 ) of the said Table shall be deemed to be the occupier for the purpose of the said Act .
