नई दिल्ली, 28 दिसम्बर, 2004 सं. 148/2004( एन.टी. ) सीमा शुल्क का.आ. 1419( अ ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 14 की उप- धारा (3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उप- खण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 129/2004-(एन. टी. ) सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 24 नवम्बर, 2004 [ का.आ. 1298 ( अ ) दिनांक 24नवंबर, 2004 ] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए आयातित माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची I और अनुसूची II के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 जनवरी, 2005 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टिमें वर्णित है :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2004 No. 148/2004 (NT) CUSTOMS
S.O. 1419 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i ) of clause (a) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14ofthe Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and in supersession ofthe notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry ofFinance (Department of Revenue) No. 129/2004 (NT) Customs, dated the 24th November, 2004 [S.O..1298 (E) dated the 24thNovember, 2004] , the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section, relating to imported goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of each of the foreign currency specified in column (2) of each of Schedule I and Schedule II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st January, 2005 , be the rate mentioned against it in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof.
