का.आ. 1432( अ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 29 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 671 ( अ ) , तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
जाएंगे । उक्त अधिसूचना के पैरा 1 में " आठ वर्ष और तीन मास की अवधि के लिए " शब्दों के स्थान पर " दस वर्ष की अवधि के लिए " शब्द रखे

आर. के. वैश, संयुक्त सचिव टिप्पण: अधिसूचना तमिलनाडु राज्य के लिए पारिस्थितिकीय क्षति ( निवारण एवं क्षतिपूर्ति का भुगतान ) प्राधिकरण का गठन करने हेतु भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का. आ. 671 (अ ) तारीख 30 सितम्बर, 1996 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी और तत्पश्चात् उसमें अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 710 (अ) तारीख 12 अक्तूबर, 1996, का.आ. 590 ( अ ) तारीख 15 जुलाई, 1998, का.आ. 823 ( अ ) तारीख 16 सितम्बर, 1998 , का.आ. 621 (अ ) तारीख 2 अगस्त, 1999, का.आ. 972 ( अ ) तारीख 28 सितम्बर, 2001 , का.आ. 130( अ ) तारीख 28 जनवरी, 2002, का.आ. 348 (अ) तारीख 28 मार्च, 2002 , का. आ. 1044 ( अ ) तारीख 27 सितम्बर, 2002 और का.आ. 1063 ( अ) तारीख 29 सितम्बर , 2004द्वारा संशोधन किया गया ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 31st December, 2004
S.O. 1432(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub- section (3) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , number S.O. 671 (E ) , dated the 30th September, 1996 , namely:-
Inthe said notification , in paragraph 1 , for the words " for a period of eight years and three months " , the words " for a period of ten years " shall be substituted.

Note : The notification constituting the Loss of Ecology (Prevention and Payments of Compensation) Authority for the State of Tamil Nadu, was published in the Gazette of India vide numbers S.O. 671 (E) dated the 30th September , 1996 and subsequently amended vide S.O. 710 (E) dated the 12th October, 1996, S.O. 590(E) dated the 15th July, 1998 , S.O. 823(E) dated the 16th September , 1998 , S.O. 621 (E) dated the 2nd August, 1999, S.O. 972(E) dated the 28th September, 2001 , S.O. 130 (E) dated the 28th January , 2002, S.O. 348 (E) dated the 28th March, 2002, S.O. 1044(E) dated the 27th September, 2002 and S.O. 1063 (E) dated the 29th September , 2004.
