का.आ. 1433 (अ ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कीटनाशी अधिनियम , 1968 ( 1968 का 46 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हु, ए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन खाद्य, कृषि सामुदायिक विकास और सहकारिता मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सां. का. नि. 301 तारीख , 27 फरवरी , 1971 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में मद सं. ( xix ) ( ग ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित मद संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 3 ) के खंड ( xix ) के अधीन नामनिर्दिष्ट सदस्य:

S.O. 1433 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ofthe Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968 ) , the Central Governmenthereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Food, Agriculture , Community Development and Co- operation number G.S.R. 301 , dated 27th February, 1971 namely:---
In the said Notification for item number (xix) (c) and the entries relating thereto , the following item number and entries shall be substituted, namely : -
Member nominated under clause ( xix) of sub - section (3 ) of Section 4:
(For a period of 3 years with effect from the date of publication of this notification.) "
