का.आ. 1435( अ ) . विदेश व्यापार नीति 2004-2009 के पैरा 2.1 और 2.29 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी (एच एस) वर्गीकरण, 2004-2009 की अनुसूची 2 की तालिका " क " में एतद्द्वारा , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
तालिका- क की क्रम सं. 2 पर" आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण में एक अध्याय से ज्यादा में आने वाले माल " शीर्षक की प्रविष्टि 1 जनवरी, 2005 से हटा दी जाएगी ।
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 1435 (E). In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Paragraph 2.1 and 2.29 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table A of Schedule 2 of ITC ( HS) Classifications of Export and Import items , 2004-2009:-
The entry at Sl . No. 2 of Table-A under heading "Goods Falling in More than One Chapter of ITC (HS ) Classification" maybe deleted with effect from January 1, 2005 .
