S.O. 8 (E) . In accordance with the provisions of Sub-section 2 of Section 5 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992 ) read with the powers conferred to the Central Government under Rule 19 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Terms and Conditions of Services of Chairman and Members ) Rules , 1992 , the Central Government hereby accepts the Resignation of Shri A, K. Batra, whole-time member of SEBI with effect from 20-12-2004, condoning the notice period of not less than three months .
का.आ. 8( अ) - भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों की सेवा शर्तें ) नियमावली, 1992 के नियम 19 के अन्तर्गत केन्द्रीय सरकार को प्रदत्त शक्तियों के साथ पठित भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 15 ) की धारा 5 की उप -धारा 2 के उपबंधों के अनुसार केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और विनिमय बोर्ड ( सेबी ) के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य श्री ए. के. बत्राकी तीन माह से कम अवधि की नोटिस अवधि को ध्यान में न रखते हुए दिनांक 20-12-2004 से त्यागपत्र स्वीकार करती है ।
