का.आ. 22( अ ).- विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 , के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1992 की धारा 5 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है : -

1. सीमा शुल्क अधिसूचना सं. 157 दिनांक 28-03-1990 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (कुछ मामलों में नियम लागू करने से छूट ) आदेश , 1993 की बचत धारा 3 ( 1 ) के तहत आयात की अनुमति है ।
2. पुरानी पुस्तकों का आयात मुक्त रूप से किया जा सकता है ।
3. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 22 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 5 ofthe Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amandments in the ITC ( HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 2004--2009 .
