का.आ. 25( अ ).-केन्द्र सरकार कॉयर उद्योग नियम, 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित कॉयर उद्योग अधिनियम , 1953 ( 1953 का 45 ) की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के प्रयोग में एतद्वारा इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन होने तक कॉयर बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में कार्य करने के लिए श्रीमती सी. एस. सुजाता और श्री डी. सी. श्रीकंटप्पा , सदस्य, लोकसभा को नियुक्त करती है और उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, कृषि एवं ग्रामीण उद्योग मंत्रालय के दिनांक 22 अप्रैल, 2002 की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 457 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड ( ङ) के अधीन नियुक्त" शीर्षक के अधीन क्रम संख्याओं 14 और 15 तथा उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याएं और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, नामतः:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 4th January, 2005
S.O. 25 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 3 ) of Section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 ( 45 of 1953 ), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints Smt . C.S. Sujatha and Shri D.C. Srikantappa , Members , I.ok Sabha to serve as member of the Coir Board with effect from the date of publication of this notification , till the Board is reconstituted, and for the said purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Agro and Rural Industries number S.O. 457 (E ) , dated the 22nd April, 2002 namely :-
In the said notification , under the heading " Appointed under clause (e ) of Sub - section (3 ) of Section 4 " , for serial numbers 14 and 15 and entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and the entries shall be substituted, namely:-
Member 14. Smt . C.S. Sujatha, Member ofParliament, Lok Sabha
Member".
15. Shri D.C. Srikantappa, Member ofParliament, Lok Sabha .
