का.आ. 26 (अ ) .- राष्ट्रीय तिलहन एवं वनस्पति तेल विकास ( नोवोर्ड) बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1983 ( 1983 की सं० 29) की धारा 4 ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा यह अधिसूचित करती है कि श्री इकनाथ एम० गायकवाड और एडवोकेट तुकाराम आर पाटिल , लोक सभा सदस्य नोवोर्ड बोर्ड अधिनियम 1983 की धारा 4 (4)(अ.) के अधीन अधिसूचना की तारीख से तीन वर्षों के लिये राष्ट्रीय तिलहन एवं वनस्पति तेल विकास बोर्ड , गुड़गांव के सदस्य होंगे और इस उद्देश्य से भारत सरकार कृषि मंत्रालय ( कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग) की दिनांक 3 जनवरी, 2003 की अधिसूचना सं० का०आ० 6 (अ ) , जिसका प्रकाशन भारत के राजपत्र ( असाधारण) भाग-II , खंड 3 , उपखंड ( ii) में दिनांक 3 जनवरी , 2003 को हुआ था , में निम्नवत संशोधन करती है , नामतः-

S.O. 26 (E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4( 1 ) of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development (NOVOD ) Board Act, 1983 (No. 29 of 1983 ) , the Central Government hereby notifies that Shri Eknath M. Gaikwad and Adv. Tukaram R. Patil Members of Parliament from Lok Sabha are to be members of the National Oilseeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board, Gurgaon under Section 4( 4) ( e) NOVOD Board Act , 1983 for three years from the date of Notification and for that purpose, amends the Government of India Notification No.S.O. 6(E) , dated the 3rd January, 2003 of Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture & Cooperation ) published in the Gazette of India ( Extra Ordinary ) Part - II , Section 3 , Sub - Section-( ii ) dated 3rd January, 2003 as follows namely: -
a) Shri Eknath M. Gaikwad, Member of Parliament elected by the Lok Sabha b) Adv . Tukaram R. Patil , Member of Parliament elected by the Lok Sabha
