सा०का०नि० 8( अ ) दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण, दिल्ली विकास ( विविध ) नियम, 1959 के उप- नियम 4 के साथ पठित दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 57 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एत‌द्वारा केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से, प्रणाली शाखा के विभिन्न पदों के लिए अनुबंध 1 से अनुबंध-6 के अनुसार भर्ती विनियम बनाता है/भर्ती नियमों में संशोधन करता है ।

ii . डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ इलैक्ट्रानिक्स एक्रीडिटेशन ऑफ कम्प्यूटर कोर्स ( डी. ओ. ई.ए.सी.सी. ) से ' ओ ' स्तर की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होनी चाहिए ।

iii . 10,000 की डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटा की गति से डाटा एण्ट्री/सत्यापन का कार्य करने में समर्थ हों, जिसकी जांच विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति द्वारा की जाएगी ।

परिवीक्षा अवधि, यदि कोई हो भर्ती की पद्धति- सीधी भर्ती द्वारा अथवा पदोन्नति द्वारा अथवा स्थानांतरण द्वारा अथवा प्रतिनियुक्ति द्वारा और विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भरी जाने वाली रिक्तियों की प्रतिशतता (9)

कोई भी ऐसा व्यक्ति जिसने अपने पति/ पत्नी के जीवित रहते हुए किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से दूसरा विवाह कर लिया हो अथवा विवाह करने का अनुबंध किया हो । इन विनियमों में ऐसा कुछ नहीं है, जिससे केन्द्रीय सरकार/दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा समय- समय पर जारी आदेशों के अनुसार अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जन जाति, भूतपूर्व सैनिक और अन्य विशेष वर्गों या व्यक्तियों को मिलने वाले आरक्षण, आयु सीमा में छूट और अन्य रियायतों पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़े ।

जब अध्यक्ष की यह राय हो कि ऐसा करना आवश्यक अथवा समीचीन है , तो वह लिखित रूप में कारण रिकार्ड करके किसी श्रेणी अथवा वर्ग अथवा व्यक्तियों अथवा पदों के संबंध में इन विनियमों के किसी उपबंध को आदेश द्वारा शिथिल कर सकते हैं । [भाग II- खण्ड 3 ( i )]

2. सॉफ्टवेयर विकास , आर डी बी एम एस और डाटा प्रोसेसिंग में एक वर्ष का अनुभव । क्या पदोन्नत एवं प्रतिनियुक्त व्यक्तियों के मामले में सीधे भर्ती व्यक्तियों हेतु निर्धारित आयु एवं शैक्षणिक योग्यताएं लागू होंगी ।

2. प्रणाली विश्लेषण, डिजाइन, सॉफ्टवेयर विकास एवं कार्यान्वयन, प्रणाली एवं नेटवर्क एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन का सात वर्ष का अनुभव जिसमें से कम से कम 3 वर्ष का अनुभव वास्तविक प्रणाली प्रशासन का होना चाहिए । 8

ग्रेड में कम से कम 5 वर्षकी नियमित सेवा रखने वाले सहायक निदेशक ( प्रणाली ) से ।

प्रतिनियुक्ति:

केन्द्र/राज्य सरकार/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम/स्वायत्त संगठन में समान पद पर कार्यरत अधिकारियों से ।
