का.आ. 33( अ).- राष्ट्रपति, न्यायाधीश, बी.एन. कृपाल , भारत के पूर्व न्यायाधीश की अध्यक्षता में गठित वन और वन्यजीव क्षेत्र की कार्य प्रणाली की समीक्षा करने के लिए भारत के राजपत्र की अधिसूचना संख्या 120 [का.आ. 142 (अ ) ] दिनांक 7 फरवरी , 2003 के अन्तर्गत गठित राष्ट्रीय वन आयोग के कार्यकाल को आगे छः माह की अवधि के लिए अर्थात् 6 अगस्त, 2005 तक, उन्हीं शर्तों पर बढ़ाते हैं ।

S.O. 33 (E). The President is pleased to extend the tenure of the National Forest Commission, constituted under Government of India Gazette Notification No. 120 [ S.O. 142 (E) ] dated 7th February, 2003 to review the working of the Forests and Wildlife Sector under the Chairmanship of Justice B. N. Kirpal , Ex- Chief Justice of India, for a further period of six months i.e. up to 6th August, 2005 on the same terms and conditions .

का.आ. 34( अ ).-वन और वन्यजीव क्षेत्र की कार्य प्रणाली की समीक्षा करने हेतु भारत सरकार ने राष्ट्रीय वन आयोग का गठन न्यायाधीश बी.एन. कृपाल, भारत के पूर्व न्यायाधीश की अध्याक्षता में 2 वर्षों की अवधि के लिए भारत सरकार की संकल्प संख्या का. आ. 124 ( अ) दिनांक 7 फरवरी, 2003 के द्वारा किया है । यह निर्णय किया गया है कि आयोग के लिए निर्धारित समय अवधि इसको दिए गए कार्य को पूरा करने हेतु आगे छः माह की अवधि अर्थात् 6 अगस्त, 2005 तक बढ़ाया जाए ।

S.O. 34 (Ε). Το review the working of the Forests and Wildlife Sector, the Government of India has constituted a National Forest Commission under the Chairmanship of Justice B. N. Kirpal, Ex - Chief Justice of India for aperiod of two years vide Government of India Resolution No. S. O. 143 (E) , dated 7th February, 2003. It has been decided to extend the time prescribed for the Commission to complete its assigned task by another six months i.e. up to 6th August , 2005 .
