का.आ. 37( अ).-विस्थापित व्यक्ति ( मुआवजा एवं पुनर्वास ) अधिनियम, 1954 ( 1954का 44 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, श्री जमना दास , उप - भूमि तथा विकास अधिकारी को भारत सरकार के शहरी विकास मंत्रालय में भूमि तथा विकास कार्यालय के प्रशासनिक नियन्त्रण में आने वाली पुनर्वास सम्पत्तियों के मामले में उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके तहत बन्दोबस्त आयुक्त को सौंपे गये कार्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए बन्दोबस्त आयुक्त नियुक्त करती है ।
इसे दिनांक26-2-2004 की अधिसूचना सं. बी पी 5 एन एच- III , एल पी एन के अधिक्रमण में जारी किया जाता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 7th January, 2005
S.O. 37 ( E ) . In exercise of powers conferredby Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1954 (44 of 1954) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Janına Dass , Deputy Land and Development Officer, as Settlement Commissioner to perform the functions assigned to such Settlement Commissioner by or under the said Act in respect of Rehabilitation Properties under the Administrative Control of Land and Development Office in the Ministry of Urban Development of the Government of India .
This issues in supersession of Notification No. BP -5 , NH - III, LPN dated 26-2-2004.
