का.आ. 38 ( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्तअधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में, " केरल " शीर्षक के अधीन, कालीकट विश्वविद्यालय , केरल से संबंधित क्रम संख्या १ क पर, स्तम्भ 4 में, स्तम्भ ( 3 ) के अधीन " बी.एच.एम.एस. ( ग्रेडेड डिग्री ) " प्रविष्टि के सामने, " 1996 से आगे " शब्द और अंक के स्थान पर, " 1995 से आगे" शब्द और अंक रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 5th January , 2005
S.O. 38 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2 ) of Section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973 ) , the Central Government , after consulting the Central Council of Homocopathy, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, under the heading " KERALA " , at serial number 9A relating to University ofCalicut , Kerala , against the entry " B.H.M.S. ( Graded Degree ) " under column (3 ) , in column 4, for the words and figure "From 1966 onwards " , the words and figure " From 1995 onwards " shall be substituted.
