का.आ. 51 ( अ ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तमिलनाडु राज्य में बाईपास, यदि कोई है, के संनिर्माण सहित, विद्यमान राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग को चौड़ा करने के लिए राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इससे संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (3 ) की तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में यथा उल्लिखित भूखण्ड के संबंध में क्रमशः स्तम्भ (4) , (5) और (6) में उल्लिखित जिला, तालुक और ग्राम के संबंध में उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 13th January, 2005
S.O.51 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entries in column (3 ) and relating to the Districts , Taluks and Villages mentioned in columns (4) , (5) and (6) respectively of the said Schedule for widening of existing National Highway , including construction of bypasses , if any, in the State of Tamil Nadu .
