नई दिल्ली, 14 जनवरी, 2005
का.आ. 56( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, पर्यावरण ( संरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1986 की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय संख्यांक का.आ. 489( अ ) , तारीख 30 अप्रैल, 2003 के आदेश में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: -
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 1 में, क्रम संख्यांक 1 से 18 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्यांक और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: -

ORDER
New Delhi , the 14th January, 2005
S.O. 56 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections ( 1) and (3 ) of Section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act , 1986 , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Order of the Governinent of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 489 (E), dated the 30th April, 2003 , namely:-
In the said Order, in paragraph 1 , for serial numbers 1 to 18 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted , namely: -
