का.आ. 59( अ).- स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ अधिनियम, 1966 ( 1966 का 51 ) की धारा 6 के खंड (4 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 के खंड ( घ) के अनुसरण में, केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा श्री पी. के. होता, सचिव, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय, को श्री जे.वी.आर. प्रसादाराव , सचिव, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्यविभाग ) , नई दिल्ली के स्थान पर स्नातकोत्तर चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं अनुसंधान संस्थान, चंडीगढ़ के सदस्य के रूप में नामित करती है तथा उक्त प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार, स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय कीदिनांक 10 दिसम्बर , 2003 की अधिसूचना सं . का.आ. 1413 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः :
उक्त अधिसूचना में , क्रम संख्या 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , नामतः :-
" 3. श्री पी. के. होता,
स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय
का प्रतिनिधि।"

New Delhi , the 13th January, 2005
S.O. 59 ( E) .- In pursuance of clause (d ) of Section 5 read with clause (4) of Section 6 of Post-Graduate Institute ofMedical Education & Research, Chandigarh Act , 1966 ( No. 51 of 1966 ) , the Central Government hereby nominates Shri P. K. Hota. Secretary. Department of Health , Ministry ofHealth & Family Welfare in place of Shri J. V.R. Prasada Rao , Secretary . Ministry of Health & Family Welfare , (Department of Health ) , New Delhi as Member of the Post - Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research . Chandigarh and for the said purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare number S.O. 1413 ( E ) dated 10th December 2003 , namely :-
In the said notification for serial number 3 and entries relating thereto , the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :
3. Shri P. K. Hota .
