का.आ. 60( अ ) यतः राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम , 1993 की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) के खंड ( ओ ) के तहत 18-11-2004 के, लोक सभा सचिवालय के का.ज्ञा. सं. 7/ 27/ सी 1/2004 के जरिए, लोक सभाध्यक्ष ने लोक सभा के सदस्य द्वय श्रीमती सुशीला करकेट्टा और श्री शिशुपाल नत्थू पाटले को राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् का सदस्य नामित किया है;
अतः इस मंत्रालय की 17-8-95 की अधिसूचना सं. 61-23/94 - डेस्क ( टी. ई. ) , सपठित 24-12-1999 की अधिसूचना सं. 61-49/97- डेस्क( टी. ई. ) , में क्रमांक 38 एवं 39 की प्रविष्टियों, जो राष्ट्रीय अध्यापक शिक्षा परिषद् अधिनियम की धारा 3 ( 4 ) ( ओ ) से संबंधित हैं, में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए राजपत्र की इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से इन्हें निम्नलिखित के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाता है : - धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 4 ) का खंड ( ओ )

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 13th January, 2005
S.O. 60 ( E ) . Whereas the Speaker of the Lok Sabha has been pleased to nominate , vide Lok Sabha Secretariat's Ο.Μ. No. 7 / 27/C1 / 2004 , dated 18-11-2004, Smt . Sushila Kerketta and Shri Shishupal Natthu Patle , Members of the Lok Sabha , as Members of the National Council for Teacher Education , under claue ( o ) of Sub- section ( 4) of Section 3 of the National Council for Teacher Education Act , 1993 ;
Now , therefore, in partial modification of this Ministry's Notification No. 61-23 /94 - Desk ( TE ) dated 17-8-95 , readwith Notification No. 61-49 / 97 /Desk (TE ) dated 24-12-1999 , entries at serial numbers 38 and 39 in the said Notifications, being entries relating to Section 3 ( 4) ( o) of the NCTE Act, are hereby substituted, with effect from the publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette , with the following, namely :--
