फा. सं. 01 /94/180/0009 /एएम05 /पीसी-4.-विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.4 के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए महानिदेशक , विदेश व्यापार , एतद्वारा , प्रक्रिया पुस्तक ( खण्ड 1 ) , 2004-2009 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :-
1. पैराग्राफ 4.22.1 के पहले उप- पैराग्राफ के अन्त में निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा: -
" तथापि, अग्रिम लाइसेंस के मामले में, निर्यात दायित्व की अवधि को बढ़ाने की सुविधा नहीं होगी, जहाँ पेन्सिलीन और इसके लवणों [ आई टी सी ( एच एस ) कोड सं. 29411010 ] और 6 - एपीए [ आई टी सी ( एच एस ) कोड सं. 29411050 ] के आयात की अनुमति एक निविष्टिके रूप में दी गई है । लाइसेंसिंग प्राधिकारी इस संबंध में अग्रिम लाइसेंस में एक पृष्ठांकन करेगा । "
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

F. No. 01/94/180 /0009/AM05 /PC - IV. In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) , 2004-2009 :-
1. At the end of the first sub - paragraph of paragraph 4.22.1 , the following should be added :
"However, the facility of extension of export obligation period shall not be allowed in case of advance licence wherein import of penicillin and its salts [ ITC (HS) Code No. 29411 010 ] and 6-APA [ ITC (HS ) Code No. 29411 050 ] have been allowed as an input . The licensing authority shall make an endorsement in the advance licence to this effect . "
