का.आ. 65 ( अ ) .- मिट्टी तेल ( उपयोग पर प्रतिबंध और अधिकतम कीमत नियतन ) आदेश , 1993 के अनुसरण में और भारत सरकार पैट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय के भारत के राजपत्र के भाग II , खण्ड 3 ( i ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 2 नवम्बर, 2001 के सा.का.नि. 835 (अ ), दिनांक 17 जनवरी , 2002 के सा.का.नि. 42 (अ ) और दिनांक 27 जून, 2002 के सा.का.नि. 461 ( अ ) के आदेशों के अधिक्रमण में, सिवाय ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पहले की गई या किए जाने के लिए छोड़ दी गई बातों के, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा सरकारी तेल कम्पनियों और दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना के निम्न अधिकारियों को उक्त आदेश के खण्ड १ के अन्तर्गत शक्तियों के प्रयोग के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है :
(1 ). महा प्रबंधक
(2) उप महा प्रबंधक
(3) मंडल प्रबंधक
इंडियन आयल कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड
(4) क्षेत्रीय प्रबंधक
हिन्दुस्तान पैट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड
(5 ) वरिष्ठ प्रबंधक

S.O. 65 (E) . In pursuance of clause 9 of the Kerosene (Restriction on Use and Fixation of Ceiling Price ) Order, 1993, and in supersession of the orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas numbers G.S.R. 835 (E) dated the 2nd November , 2001 , G.S.R. 42 ( E) dated the 17th January, 2002 , and G.S.R. 461 (E) dated the 27th June , 2002 published in the Gazette of India , Part II, Section 3( i) , except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the following officers of the government oil companies and the Delhi Special Police Establishment as the authority to exercise the powers under said clause 9 ofthe said Order :-
