The Explosives Act, 1884 (4 of 1884), the Central Government hereby exempts M/s. Cairn Energy India Pvt. Ltd. Wellington Plaza, 90, Anna Salai, Chennai and M/s. ONGC Ltd., RCC, P-32, Transport Depot Road, Kolkata-700 008 from the provisions of sub-rule (2) of rule 31 of the Explosives Rules, 1983.
