का.आ. 70( अ) .- आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 की धारा 120 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) दिनांक 3 दिसम्बर, 2001 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार , वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग , ( केन्द्रीय प्रत्यक्ष कर बोर्ड ) की दिनांक 3 दिसम्बर, 2001 की अधिसूचना सं. का. आ. 1189( अ ) , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , नामतः-
उक्तअधिसूचना की अनुसूची में क्रम संख्या 13 तथा 16 एवं उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर क्रमशः निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्याओं और प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :-

S.O. 70 ( E ) .- in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) and Sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 120 of the Income- tax Act , 1961 , the Central Board ofDirect Taxes hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India , Ministry of Finance , Department of Revenue , ( Central Board ofDirect Taxes ) , number S.O. 1189 (E) , dated the 3rd December , 2001 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3 , Sub - section ( ii) , dated the 3rd December , 2001 , namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification , for serial numbers 13 and 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and cutrics shall respectively be substituted , namely : -
