The National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose the land for building (four-laning) of National Highway No. 46 (Krishnagiri-Ranipet Section) and Toll Plaza at Kilachur on the stretch from Km. 98/058.5 to Km. 127/450 in the State of Tamil Nadu.
