का.आ. 80 ( अ ).-होम्योपैथी केन्द्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1973 ( 1973 का 59 ) की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) के उपबंध के अनुसरण में, डा. वी. कन्नन को तमिलनाडु डा. एम. जी. आर. आयुर्विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय, चेन्नई से केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् का सदस्य निर्वाचित किया गया है ;
अतः , अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन स्वास्थ्यऔर परिवार नियोजन मंत्रालय ( स्वास्थ्यविभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 482 ( अ ) , तारीख 6 अगस्त, 1974 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना की सारणी में " धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ख ) के अधीन निर्वाचित " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 7 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्: -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th January, 2005
S.O. 80 ( E) . Whereas in pursuance of the provision of clause (b) Sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 ( 59 of 1973 ) , Dr. V. Kannan has been elected as a member to Central Council ofHomocopathy from'Tanul Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai .
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Health and Family Planning (Department of Health) , number S.O. 482 (E), dated the 6th August, 1974 , namely
In the said notification , in the table , under the heading "Elected under caluse (b ) of Sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 3 " , for serial number 7 and entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
