सं. 10 (4 ) /2004-डी.बी.ए.-2. सरकार पूर्व में औद्योगिक विकास मंत्रालय के समय- समय पर यथा- संशोधित , दिनांक 23 जुलाई , 1971 की अधिसूचना संख्या 6 ( 26 ) /71 - आई सी में निम्नलिखित प्रकार से और संशोधन करती है:
पैरा 6 ( xii ) में, पैरा ( xii ) ( ख ) के बाद निम्नलिखित प्रकार से पैरा ( xii ) ( ग ) जोड़ा जाएगा:
" हिमाचल प्रदेश , उत्तरांचल और सिक्किम के मामले में, राज्य स्तरीय समिति ( एसएलसी ) /जिला स्तरीय समिति ( डीएलसी ) द्वारा परिवाहन राजसहायता के दावों की जांच किए जाने एवं उन्हें अनुमोदित कर लिए जाने के पश्चात् संबंधित उद्योग निदेशालयों द्वारा ये दावे इन राज्यों की नामोद्दिष्ट की गई नोडल एजेंसियों क्रमशः हिमाचल प्रदेश राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम ( एचपीएसआईडीसी ) , उत्तरांचल राज्य औद्योगिक विकास निगम ( एसआईडीसीयूएल ) और पूर्वोत्तर विकास वित्त निगम लिमिटेड ( एनईडीएफआई ) को भेजे जाएंगे। तत्पश्चात्, एचपीएसआईडीसी, एसआईडीसीयूएल और एनईडीएफआई द्वारा योजना के उपबंधों एवं इन्हें अलग से जारी किए गए दिशा- निर्देशों के अनुसार परिवहन राजसहायता के दावों की सावधानीपूर्वक जांच करने के बाद, पात्र इकाइयों को परिवहन राजसहायता संवितरित की जाएगी । ये संवितरण उन निधियों में से किए जाएंगे , जो इन एजेंसियों को औद्योगिक नीति और संवर्धन विभाग द्वारा जारी की जाएंगी और जिन्हें ये नोडल एजेंसियां घूर्णी निधियों ( रिवोल्विंग फंड) के रूप में रखेंगी । इन घूर्णी निधियों के लिए विभाग द्वारा उक्त नोडल एजेंसियों से प्राप्त जरूरतों के आधार पर समय - समय पर सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th January, 2005
No. 10 (4 )/2004-DBA-II.-The Government of India hereby makes the following further amendments in the erstwhile Ministry of Industrial Development Notification No. 6 (26) /71 - IC dated the 23rd July, 1971 , as amended fromtime to time.
In Para 6(xii ) , para (xii ) ( c) shall be added after para ( xii ) (b) as under:

"In the case of Himachal Pradesh, Uttranchal and Sikkim , after scrutiny and approval of the transport subsidy claims by the State Level Committee ( SLC) /District Level Committee ( DLC) , the claims shall be referredby the respective Directorate of Industries to the designated nodal agencies of these States namely Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (HPSIDC) , State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttranchal : (SIDCUL) and North Eastern Development Finance Corporation Limited (NEDFi) respectively. Thereafter, HPSIDC , SIDCUL and NEDFi shall , after careful scrutiny of the transport subsidy claims in accordance with the provisions ofthe Scheme and the guidelines issued to them separately, disburse the transport subsidy to the eligible units out ofthe funds which will be released by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion to them andwhich will be maintainedby these nodal agencies as revolving fund to be supplemented by the Department from time to time based on the requirements received from such nodal agencies. "
