का.आ. 83(अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के उपखण्ड ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 148/2004 ( एन. टी.)- सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 28 दिसम्बर, 2004 [ का.आ. 1419( अ ) दिनांक 28 दिसम्बर , 2004 ] को अधिक्रांत करते हुए आयातित माल के संबंध में बोर्ड एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनों के लिए, यह अवधारित करती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न अनुसूची- I और अनुसूची- II के स्तम्भ (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रत्येक विदेशी करेंसी से भारतीय करेंसी में या भारतीय करेंसी से विदेशी करेंसी में संपरिवर्तन के लिए विनिमय दर 1 फरवरी, 2005 से वह दर होगी जो उसके स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में, तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टि में वर्णित है :-

No. 9/2005 (Ν.Τ. ) -CUSTOMS
S.O. 83 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( i ) of clause ( a) of Sub- section (3 ) of Section 14 ofCustoms Act , 1962 (52 of 1962 ) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue ) No. 148/2004- NT-Customs . dated the 28th December , 2004 [ S.O. 1419 (E) dated the 28th December , 2004 ] , the Board hereby determines for the purposes of said section, relating to imported goods , that the rate of exchange of conversion of cach of the foreign currency specified in column (2 ) of each of Schedule I and Schedule II appended hereto into Indian currency or vice versa shall , with effect from the 1st February, 2005. be the rate mentioned against it in the conesponding entry in column (3 ) thereof.
