का.आ. 87(अ) .-जांच आयोग अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 60) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार शहरी विकास और गरीबी उपशमन मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 30 अगस्त, 2000 की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 788 ( अ ) में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में पैरा- III के तहत " समय- सीमा " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत उप - पैरा के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप - पैरा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, नामतः :-

आयोग अपनी रिपोर्ट यथाशीघ्र सम्भव लेकिन हर हालत में 12 मार्च, 2005 तक केन्द्र सरकार को प्रस्तुत करेगा । "

NOTIFICATION
New Dellú , the 25th January, 2005
S.O. 87 ( F ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in theMinistry of Urban Development and Poverty Alleviation Number S.O. 788 (E) , dated 30th August, 2000.
In the said Notification , for the sub - para under the heading ' Time-frame ' under paragraph III , the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted , namely:-
