का.आ. 100 ( अ ) . समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 तथा 2.29 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 की संख्या 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एच एस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची 2 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
अनुसूची 2 के अध्याय 25 में निर्यात लाइसेंसिंग टिप्पणी ( क) के बाद निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा :-
(ख ) वित्तीय वर्ष 2005-2006 के लिए
(वार्षिक आधार पर )
स्टोन एग्रीगेट : 1,90,000 मी. रन
नदीकी रेत : 2,10,000 मी. टन
इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 100 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992 ) read with Paragraph 2. I and 2.29 ofthe Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 as amended from time totime, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2 of ITC ( HS ) Classification of Export and Import Items , 2004--2009 :-
In Chapter 25 of Schedule 2 , the following may be added after export licensing note (a) :-
(b) For the financial year 2005-2006
(on annual basis)

RiverSand. 2,10,000 MT
