का.आ. 119 ( अ ) .- भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट ( उपक्रम का अंतरण एवं निरसन ) अधिनियम, 2002 (2002 का 58 ) की धारा 9 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा दिनांक 30 जनवरी , 2004 और 1 जुलाई, 2004 की अधिसूचना के क्रम में, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा भारतीय यूनिट ट्रस्ट के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्य करने में प्रशासक को परामर्श देने तथा सहायता करने के लिए परामर्शदाता बोर्ड में निम्नलिखित की कार्यावधि को आगामी आदेशों तक बढ़ाती है ।
1. श्री अनुराग गोयल , अपर सचिव, व्यथ विभाग ।
2. श्री यू. के. सिन्हा, संयुक्त सचिव ( सीएम ) , आर्थिक कार्य विभाग ।
3. श्री ए.एन. शनभाग , निवेश परामर्शदाता , मुम्बई ।
4. श्री एम.जी. भिड़े, अध्यक्ष, एनआईबीएम, पुणे ।
पद छोड़ने, त्यागपत्र देने/हटाए जाने, वेतन तथा भतों इत्यादि के संबंध में उनकी नियुक्ति की शर्तें तथा निबंधन यूटीआई के विनिर्दिष्ट उपक्रम ( योजनाओं , आस्तियों, निवेश का प्रबंधन, तथा परामर्शदाताओं की नियुक्ति की सेवा शर्तें, शुल्क, भत्ते तथा शर्तें एवं प्रकीर्ण प्रावधान ) योजना, 2003के अनुसार होगी । '

S.O. 119 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 9 of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer ofUndertaking and Repeal ) Act, 2002 (58 of 2002) , and in continuation of notification dated 30th January, 2004 and 1st July, 2004, the Central Government hereby extends the term of the following on the Board of Advisors to advise and assist the Administrator in carrying on the management ofthe Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India until further orders.
1. Shri Anurag Goel, Additional Secretary Department ofExpenditure.
2. Shri U. K. Sinha, Joint Secretary ( CM) , Department of EconomicAffairs.
3 Shri A N Shanbhag , Investment Advisor Mumbai .
4. Shri M.G. Bhide, Chairman , NIBM, Pune .
The terms and conditions of their appointment regarding vacation of office, resignation/ removal , salary and allowances cic. shail be as per the Specified Undertaking of UTI (Management of Schemes , Assets , Investment, terms of office fees, allowances and conditions of appointment of Advisors and Miscellaneous Provisions ) Scheme, 2003 .
