New Delhi , the 4th February, 2005 सा.का.नि. 58( अ )/आ. व/चीनी. भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण, भाग- II , खण्ड 3 , उपखण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय ( खादा और सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग ) के आदेश संख्या सा.का.नि. 17(अ)/आ.व./चीनी , दिनांक 12 जनवरी, 2005 की अनुसूची- III में
G.S.R. 58 (E)/Ess.Com./Sugar. In the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution) number G.S.R. 17 (E) /Ess.Com./ Sugar dated the 12-1-2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section (i) in Schedule III :-
( i ) पृष्ठ 47 पर " उत्तर प्रदेश ( मध्य ) " शीर्षक के अधीन सूची में क्रम संख्या 35 और 38 पर दिए गए चीनी फैक्ट्रियों के नाम की प्रविष्टियां हटा दी जाए;
at page 47 , the entries of the names of sugar factories against Serial numbers 35 and 38 of the list captioned "Uttar Pradesh ( Central) " shallbe omitted;
( ii ) " उत्तर प्रदेश ( मध्य ) " शीर्षक के अधीन सूची में क्रम संख्या 36 , 37, 39 , 40 , 41 , 42, 43 , 44, 45, 46 और 47 को क्रम संख्या 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 , 42, 43, 44 और 45 दी जाए;
(ii) The Serial numbers at 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47 in the list captioned "Uttar Pradesh (Central) " shall be renumbered as 35, 36,37, 38, 39, 40, 41 42, 43 , 44 and45;
( iii ) " उत्तर प्रदेश ( पूर्व ) " शीर्षक की सूची में क्रम संख्या 53 और 54 पर " बजाज हिन्दुस्तान लि. , गोला गोकरणनाथ , जिला खीरी " और " बजाज हिन्दुस्तान लि. , पालियाकलां, जिला खीरी " के नाम की प्रविष्टि की जाए।
(ii) The entries " Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. , Golagokarannath, District Kheri " and "Bajaj Hindustan Ltd. , Paliakalan , District Kheri " shall be inserted at Serial numbers 53 , and 54 in the list captioned " Uttar Pradesh (East) . " आदेश के हिन्दी रूपान्तर के पृष्ठ 1 , पैरा 1 में आदेश का संक्षिप्त नाम " चीनी ( 2004-2005 उत्पादन के लिए मूल्य निर्धारण ) संशोधन आदेश , 2005 " के बजाय " चीनी ( 2004-2005 उत्पादन के लिए मूल्य निर्धारण ) आदेश , 2005 " पढ़ा जाए ।
In theHindi version of the Order at page 1 , para 1 , the short title of the Order shall be read as " Sugar (Price Determination for 2004-2005 Production) Order, 2005" instead of " Sugar (Price Determination for 2004-2005 Production) Amendment Order, 2005. "
