का.आ. 164( अ ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं . का.आ. 1120 ( अ ) तारीख 29 सितम्बर , 2003 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड -3 , उप - खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 29 सितम्बर , 2003 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्: -
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 3 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 2 ) में " अकाल राहत, प्रभारी अधिकारी, गोगुन्दा, जिला- उदयपुर" शब्दों के स्थान पर " अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर ( प्रशासन ) उदयपुर " शब्द रखे जायेंगे ।

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2004
S.O. 164 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a ) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1120 (E) , dated the 29th September, 2003 , published inthe Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part - II, Section 3 , Sub-section ( ii) , dated the 29th September, 2003 , namely:-
In the Schedule to the said notification, against serial number 3 , in column (2) , for the entry " Officer Incharge Famine Relief, Gogunda, Distt . Udaipur" , the entry " Additional District Collector (Administration) , Udaipur shall be substituted.

का.आ. 165( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा उक की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 991 ( अ ) तारीख 6 सितम्बर, 2004 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड-3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) तारीख 6 सितम्बर, 2004 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (1 ) of Section 3 (A) of the National Highways Act. 1956 (48 of 1956 ), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 991 (E) , dated the 6th September, 2004, published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 6th September, 2004, namely :-
In the said notification , for the words " Officer Incharge Famine Relief, Gogunda , District Udaipur " , the words "Additional District Collector (Administration ) , Udaipur " shall be substituted.
