का.आ. 182( अ) - केन्द्रीय सरकार ने कॉफी नियम , 1955 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के उप-नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित कॉफी अधिनियम , 1942 ( 1942 का 7 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 463 ( अ ) तारीख 23 अप्रैल, 2003 द्वारा कॉफी बोर्ड के कतिपय सदस्यों को नियुक्त किया था;
और 13वीं लोक सभा के भंग होने के पश्चात् श्री डी. सी. श्रीकान्तप्पा तथा श्रीमती डी. एम. विजयाकुमारी के लोक सभा के सदस्य के रूप में न रहने के कारण कॉफी बोर्ड में दो आकस्मिक रिक्तियाँ उत्पन्न हो गई हैं और लोक सभा ने श्री डी. सी. श्रीकान्तप्पा तथा श्रीमती डी. एम. विजयाकुमारी के स्थान पर कॉफी बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्ति के लिए श्री डी. वी. सदानंद गौड़ा तथा श्री के. सी. पलानीसामी, संसद सदस्य को निर्वाचित किया है;
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार, कॉफी नियम, 1955 के नियम 3 और नियम 4 के उप - नियम ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) के साथ पठित कॉफी अधिनियम, 1942 ( 1942 का 7 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से श्री डी. वी. सदानंद गौड़ा तथा श्री के. सी. पलानीसामी , सदस्य, लोक सभा को कॉफी बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और उस प्रयोजन के लिए भारत सरकार के वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 463 ( अ ) तारीख 23 अप्रैल , 2003 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्यांक 1 और 2 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
वह 22-4-2006 तक या उनके संसद सदस्य रहने तक, इनमें से जो
भी पहले हो, पदधारण करेंगे ।
" 1. श्री डी. वी. सदानंद गौड़ा संसद सदस्य ( लोक सभा)
वह 22-4-2006 तक या उनके संसद सदस्य रहने तक, इनमें से जो
भी पहले हो, पदधारण करेंगे । "
2. श्री के. सी. पलानीसामी संसद सदस्य ( लोक सभा )

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 9th February, 2005
S.O. 182 (E). Whereas the Central Government , in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub - section (2 ) of Section 4 ofthe Coffee Act , 1942 (7 of 1942 ) , read with rule 3 and sub - rule ( 1 ) ofrule 4 ofthe Coffee Rules , 1955, appointed certain members of the Coffee Board vide notification number S.O. 463 (E) , dated the 23rd April , 2003;
And , whereas, two casual vacancies have arisen in the Coffee Board as Shri D.C. Srikantappa and Sint . D.M. Vijayakumari ceased to be members of Lok Sabha with dissolution of XIIIth Lok Sabha and the Lok Sabha has elected Shri D. V. Sadananda Gowda and Shri K.C. Palanisamy , Members of Parliament for appointment as members of the Coffee Board in place of Shri D. C. Srikantappa and Smt . D.M. Vijayakumari respectively;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b ) of Sub - section (2 ) of Section 4 ofthe CoffeeAct, 1942 ( 7 of 1942 ), read with rule 3 and sub - rules (1 ) and (2) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules , 1955 , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri D. V. Sadananda Gowda and Shri K.C. Palanisamy , members of Lok Sabha as members of the Coffee Board with effect from the date of publication of this notification and for that purpose makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Department of Commerce , number S.O. 463 (E ) . dated the 23rd April , 2003 , namely:--
In the said notification , for serial numbers 1 and 2 and the entries relating thereto , the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted , namely :-
He shall hold office up to 22-4-2006 or till he ceases to be a member of theHouse whichever is earlier.
" 1. Shri D.V. Sadananda Gowda, Member of Parliament ( Lok Sabha)
He shall hold office up to 22-4-2006 or till he ceases to be a member of the House whichever is earlier . "
