का.आ. 183( अ ) .- हज समिति अधिनियम , 2002 ( 2002 का 35 ) की धारा 3 , 4 और 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार इरा अधिनियम की धारा 4 ( ii ) के अनुसरण में केरल राज्य हज समिति से प्राप्त मनोनयन के आधार पर केरल राज्य हज समितिके सदस्य श्री सी. पी. कुन्हीमोहम्मद को एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से भारतीय हज समिति का सदस्य नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 9th February, 2005
S.O. 183 ( E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 , 4 and 5 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of2002 ) , the Central Government, on the basis of nomination received from Kerala State Haj Committee , in terms of Section 4 ( ii ) of the Act , hereby appoints Shri C. P. Kunhimohammed , member of Kerala State Haj Committe as member of the Haj Committee of India with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
