:
1 सा.का.नि. 63 ( अ) .- भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारी समिति, केन्द्रीय सरकार की पूर्व अनुमति से एतद्द्वारा भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( प्रयोगशाला तकनीकी पद की भर्ती ) विनियम , 1988 के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियमों में संशोधन करती है , मुख्यतया:-
1. ( i ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( प्रयोगशाला तकनीकी पद की भर्ती ) संशोधन विनियम, 2005 कहा जाएगा। ( ii ) यह सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की दिनांक से लागू होगा ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( प्रयोगशाला तकनीकी पदों की भर्ती ) विनियम , 1988 की अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या 1 में जो तकनीकी सहायकके पद से सम्बन्धित है , कॉलम ( 7 ) के अधीन " सीधे भर्ती के लिए शैक्षिक योग्यता " प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए :-
" विज्ञान में स्नातक डिग्री ( मुख्य विषय में रसायन शास्त्र/सूक्ष्मजैविकी के साथ न्यूनतम 60% अंक ) अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए 50 % अंक ) अथवा तीन वर्ष का मैकेनिकल या इलेक्ट्रिकल अथवा सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में डिप्लोमा न्यूनतम 60 % अंकों सहित (अनुसूचित जाति और अनुसूचित जनजाति के लिए 50 % अंक ) । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th February, 2005
G.S.R. 63(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 38 ofthe Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986) , the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards (Recruitmentto Laboratory Technical Posts ) Regulations , 1988 , namely:-
1. ( i) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Recuitment to Laboratory Technical Posts) Amendment Regulations, 2005.
(ii ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Bureau of Indian Standards (Recruitment to Laboratory Technical Posts) Regulations, 1988 against serial number 1 , relating to the post of Technical Assistant , under column (7 ) with the heading " Education qualification for Direct Recruits " , for the entries , the following shall be substituted , namely :----
"Bachelor's degree in Science (with Chemistry /Microbiology as one of the main subject with minimum 60 % marks) (50% marks for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ) or three years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil Engineering with minimum 60 % marks (50 % marks for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes)".
