का.आ. 189( अ) .- केन्द्रीय सरकार, उपभोक्ता संरक्षण अधिनियम, 1986 ( 1986 का 68 ) की धारा 20 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ख) के अनुसरण में चयन समिति की सिफारिशों पर श्रीमती राजलक्ष्मी राव और श्री बी.के. तैमनी को क्रमशः तारीख 14 फरवरी, 2005 और 15 मार्च, 2005 से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या सत्तर वर्ष की आयु तक अथवा अगले आदेश तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, राष्ट्रीय उपभोक्ता विवाद प्रतितोषण आयोग के सदस्य के रूप में पुनर्नियुक्त करती है ।

New Delhi , the 10th February, 2005
S.O. 189(E) . In pursuance of clause (b ) of Sub- section ( 1) of Section 20 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986(68 of1986), the Central Government , on the recommendations of the Selection Committee, hereby re- appoints Smt . Rajyalakshmi Rao and Shri B.K. Taimni as Members of the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission with effect from the 14th February, 2005 and the 15th March , 2005 respectively for a period of five years or up to the age of70 years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
