सा.का.नि. 65( अ ) - भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारिणी समिति, केन्द्र सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (प्रमाणन ) विनियम 1988 में और संशोधन करने के लिए एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: -
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (प्रमाणन ) (संशोधन ) विनियम 2005 कहा जाएगा । ( 2 ) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो (प्रमाणन ) विनियम 1988 के साथ लगे प्रपत्र I को निम्नलिखित से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:

टिप्पणः मुख्य विनियम भारत के राजपत्र संख्या जीएसआर 10 (ई ) , दिनांक 6 जनवरी , 1988 में प्रकाशित हुए थे तथा तत्पश्चात उनका जीएसआर 524 (ई ) दिनॉक 9 अगस्त, 1991 , भा मा ब्यूरो/ ईसी/आरईजी/6 , दिनाँक 27 सितम्बर , 1994 जीएसआर 634 (ई ) दिनांक 4 नवम्बर, 1997 , जीएसआर 199 (ई ) दिनाँक 11 मार्च , 1999 और जीएसआर 531 ( ई ) दिनोंक 30 जुलाई, 2002 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया ।

G.S.R. 65 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act , 1986 ( 63 of 1986) , the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards , with the previous approval of the Central Government , hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards ( Certification ) Regulations , 1988 , namely: -
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards ( Certification ) (Amendment) Regulations , 2005.
(2 ) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. For Form I annexed to the Bureau of Indian Standards ( Certification ) Regulations , 1988, the following form shall be substituted, namely: -
