विषय: असंगठित/अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों संबंधी राष्ट्रीय आयोग के कार्यकाल का विस्तार ।
सं. 5( 2 ) /2004- एसएसआई ( सी ) सरकार ने दिनांक 20 सितम्बर, 2004 के संकल्प संख्ण 5 ( 2 ) /2004 - आईसीसी के तहत असंगठित/अनौपचारिक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय आयोग गठित किया है ।
2. अब उपरोक्त संकल्प के पैराग्राफ 5 को निम्नलिखित के द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है :
" इस आयोग का कार्यकाल 20 सितम्बर , 2004 से तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा । यह आयोग आवधिक रूप से सरकार को रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करेगा" ।
3. दिनांक 20 सितम्बर, 2004 के संकल्प में अन्य निबंधन और शर्तें यथावत बनी रहेंगी ।

RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 10th February, 2005
Subject : Extension of the term of the National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized/Informal Sector.
No. 5 (2)/ 2004- SSI ( C). The Government has constituted a National Commission on Enterprises in the Unorganized/ Informal Sector under Resolution No. 5 (2 )/2004 - ICC dated 20 September, 2004 .
2. It has now been decided to replace paragraph 5 of the above - mentioned resolution by the following:
"The term of the Commission will be for a period of three years with effect from 20 September, 2004. Commission will periodically submit reports to the Government " .
3. The other terms and conditions in the Resolution dated 20 September, 2004 will remain unchanged .
