का.आ. 191 ( अ )- केंद्रीय सरकार , भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् अधिनियम, 1970 ( 1970 का 48) की धारा 14 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारतीय चिकित्सा केंद्रीय परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त अधिनियम की द्वितीय अनुसूची में एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्: --
उक्त अधिनियम की, द्वितीय अनुसूची में " आयुर्वेद और सिद्ध" से संबंधित भाग-1 में , " महाराष्ट्र" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत , पूना विश्वविद्यालय , पूना से संबंधित, क्रम संख्यांक 56 के सामने इससे संबंधित वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, स्तंभ (2 ), (3 ) और (4) में, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात्: - 66

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) , the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine , hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act , namely: - In the said Act , in the Second schedule , in Part I relating to " AYURVEDA AND SIDDHA " , under the heading ' Maharashtra ' , against the serial number 56, relating to Poona University, Poona after the existing entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be inserted, in Columns (2), (3 ) and (4) , namely:-
