का.आ. 192( अ ).- आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 80 ठ की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित ऋणपत्रों को बंधपत्रों के स्वरूप में विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , नामतः:-
भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक मुम्बई, जो भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 10 ) की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत स्थापित एक निगम है , द्वारा उक्त खण्ड के प्रयोजनार्थ ओमनीबॉण्ड ( 2003 बी ) श्रृंखला के अपने सार्वजनिक निर्गम में जारी किए गए प्रत्येक 1000 रुपए के अंकित मूल्य वाले भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अवसंरचना ( कर बचत ) बंधपत्र ( 2003 बी ) जिनकी विकल्प " ए " के अन्तर्गत विशिष्ट संख्या 200000001 से 200032498 , विकल्प " बी " के अन्तर्गत 250000001 से 250002139, विकल्प " सी " केअन्तर्गत 300000001 से 300016814 और विकल्प " डी " के अन्तर्गत 350000001 से 350001850 तक है ।

S.O. 192(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of Sub -section (1) of Section 80L of the Income -tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961 ) , the Central Government hereby specifies the following debentures , in the nature ofbonds , namely:-
The Industrial Development Bank of India Infrastructure (Tax Saving) Bond (2003 B) bearing distinctive numbers from 200000001 to 200032498 under Option " A" , from 250000001 to 250002139 under Option "B", from 300000001 468 GI/2005
to 300016814 under Option "C " , from 350000001 to 350001850 under Option " D " , of the face value of rupees (1) 2

का.आ. 193( अ ). आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43 ) की धारा 80 ठ की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा बंधपत्रों के स्वरूप में निम्नलिखित ऋणपत्रों को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है, नामतः:
भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक, मुम्बई जो कि भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 10 ) की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत स्थापित एक निगम है , द्वारा उक्त खंड के प्रयोजनार्थ ओमनीबांड ( 2003 क) श्रृंखला में बंधपत्रों के अपने सार्वजनिक निर्गम में जारी:-
(i ) प्रत्येक 5,000 रु. के अंकित मूल्य वाले भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक चालूदर बंधपत्र ( 2003 क) जिनकी विकल्प " क " के अंतर्गत विशिष्ट संख्या 100000001 से 100031124 तक तथा विकल्प " ख " के अंतर्गत 150000001 से 150000114 तक है;
(ii ) प्रत्येक 5,000 रु. के अंकित मूल्य वाले भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक सेवा निवृत्ति बंधपत्र ( 2003 क) जिनकी निकल्प " क " के शांतर्गत विशिष्ट सं. 200000001 से 200000867 तक है तथा विकल्प " ख " के अंतर्गत 250000001 से 250000436 तक है ; और ( i ) पत्येक 5,000 रु. के अंकित मूल्य वाले भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक नियमित आय बंधपत्र ( 2003 क) जिनकी विकल्प " क " के अंतर्गत विशिष्ट संख्या 300000001 से 300053854 तक , विकल्प " ख " के अंतर्गत 350000001 से 350000544 तक विकल्प " ग " केअंतर्गत 400000001 से 400001147 तक विकल्प " घ " के अंतर्गत 450000001 से 450046289 तक, विकल्प " ड" अंतर्गत 500000001 से 500000733 , विकल्प " च " के अंतर्गत 550000001 से 550001102 तक है ।
