का.आ. 194( अ) आयकर अधिनियम, 1961 ( 1961 का 43) की धारा 80 ठ की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खंड ( ii ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा बंधपत्रों के स्वरूप में निम्नलिखित ऋणपत्रों को विनिर्दिष्ट करती है , नामतः:
भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक, मुम्बई जो कि भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक अधिनियम , 1964 ( 1964 का 10 ) की धारा 3 के अन्तर्गत स्थापित एक निगम है, द्वारा उक्त खंड के प्रयोजनार्थ फ्लैक्सीबांड्स-2क श्रृंखला में बंधपत्रों के अपने सार्वजनिक निर्गम में जारी किए गए: - ( i ) प्रत्येक 10,000/ - रु. के अंकित मूल्य वाले भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक नियमित आय वाले बंधपत्र जिनकी विशिष्ट संख्या 1 से 1691 तक है ; और
(ii ) प्रत्येक 10,000/- रु. के अंकित मूल्य वाले भारतीय औद्योगिक विकास बैंक चालू दर वाले बंधपत्र जिनकी विशिष्ट सं . 1692 से 1851 तक है ।

S.O. 194(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of Sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961 ), the Central Government hereby specifies the following debentures, in the nature of bonds , namely:-
(1) the Industrial Development Bank of India Regular Income Bond bearing distinctive numbers from 1 to 1691 , of the face value of Rupees 10,000/- each ; and
(ii) the Industrial Development Bank of India Floating Rate Bond bearing distinctive numbers from 1692 to 1851 , of the face value of Rupees 10,000 /-each,
issued by the Industrial Development Bank of India, Mumbai , a corporation established under section 3 of the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 ( 10 of 1964) in its public issue of bonds in Flexibonds 2 - A Series , for the purposes of the said clause .
