सा.का.नि. 69(अ).- राष्ट्रपति , संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के राजपत्र, भाग II, खण्ड, 3 उप- खण्ड ( i ) में संख्यांक सा.का. नि. 378 (अ ) , तारीख 2 मई, 2000 द्वारा प्रकाशित, निवारक संक्रिया निदेशालय, सीमा- शुक्ल और केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क विभाग ( समूह ' ग ' तकनीकी पद) भर्ती नियम , 2000 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम निवारक संक्रिया निदेशालय , सीमा- शुक्ल और केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुक्ल विभाग ( समूह ' ग ' तकनीकी पद ) भर्ती ( संशोधन ) नियम , 2005 है ।

(2) ये 4 मई, 2000 से प्रवृत्त हुए समझे जाएंगे ।
2. निवारक सं क्रिया निदेशालय, सीमा शुल्क और केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क विभाग ( समूह ' ग ' तकनीकी पद ) भर्ती नियम, 2000 की अनुसूची में, फिटर के पद से संबंधित क्रमांक 10 के सामने , स्तम्भ 4 में की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर " 3050-75-3950-80-4590 रुपए प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी।
स्पटीकरणात्मक ज्ञापन
यह भूतलक्षी संशोधन , भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उपखंड ( i ) में सा.का.नि. 378 ( अ) तारीख 2 मई, 2000 को अधिसूचित भर्ती नियम , तारीख 4 मई, 2000 को प्रकाशित किए गए जो फिटर के पद से 4000-100-6000 रुपए को 3050-75-3950-80-4590 रुपएके वेतनमान को सही करने के लिए है । फिटर का पद धारण करने वाला ऐसा कोई व्यक्ति ओ विद्यमान में 4000-100-6000 रुपए का वेतनमान आहरण करता है को 4 मई, 2000 के प्रभाव से वापस लिया जाता है । उन्हें 4 मई , 2000 से 3050-75-3950-80-4590 रुपए के सही वेतनमान में रखा जाएगा । तथापि, 4 मई, 2000 से इस संशोधित अधिनियम के प्रकाशन की तारीख तक की अवधि के दौरान किए गए अधिक संदाय की वसूली संबंधित व्यक्तियों से नहीं की जाएगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th February, 2005
G.S.R. 69 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hcreby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Preventive Operation, Customs and Central Excise Department (Group ' C ' Technical Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2000 , published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( i ) vide number G.S.R. 378 (E ) dated the 2nd May, 2000 namely:---
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Directorate of Preventive Operation, Customs and Central Excise Department (Group ' C ' Technical Posts ) Recruitment ( Amendment) Rules , 2005.
(2) These rules shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th May, 2000.
2. In the Schedule to the Directorate of Preventive Opertion, Customs and Central Excise Department ( Group ' C ' Technical Posts) Recruitment Rules , 2000 , against Sl. No. 10 relating to the post of Fitter , in column 4, for the entry, the entry "Rs . 3050-75-3950-80-4590 " shall be substituted.
ExplanatoryMemorandum
This retrospective amendment to the Recruitment Rules notified on 2nd May, 2000 vide No. G.S.R. 378 (E ) , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (i ) dated 4th May , 2000 is being made to correct the pay scale of the post of Fitter from Rs . 4000-100-6000 to Rs . 3050-75-3950-80-4590 . The pay scale ofRs . 4000-100- 6000 presently being drawn by any of the persons holding the post of Fitter will stand withdrawn with effect from the 4th May, 2000. They will be placed in the correct pay scale of Rs . 3050-75-3950-80-4590 with effect from the 4th May, 2000 . However, no recoveries of excess payment made during the period from 4-5-2000 to the date of publication this Amendment Notification will be made from the persons concerned.
