सा.का.जि. 70(अ ) . राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क विभाग आशुलिपिक श्रेणी- I ( समूह ' ख ' ) भर्ती नियम, 2004 का, संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क विभाग आशुलिपिक श्रेणी -1 ( समूह ' ख' ) भर्ती (संशोधन ) नियम, 2005 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क और सीमाशुल्क विभाग आशुलिपिक श्रेणी-I ( समूह ' ख' ) भर्ती नियम , 2004 की अनुसूची में स्तम्भ 14 की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
" इन नियमों के किसी उपबंध का संशोधन या शिथिल करने के लिए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामर्श करना आवश्यक है । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 11th February, 2005
G.S.R. 70(E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Central Excise and Customs Department Stenographer Grade - I ( Group B) Recruitment Rules , 2004 , namely :-
1. Short title and commencement .-( 1 ) These rules may be called the Central Excise and Customs Department Stenographer Grade - I (Group B) Recruitment ( Amendment ) Rules , 2005.
(2) 'They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Central Excise and Customs Department Stenographer Grade - I ( Group B) Recruitment Rules , 2004, in column 14, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted namely:-
"Consultation with Union Public Service Commission is necessary for amendment or relaxation of any provision ofthese rules "
