सं. 9/2005-सीमाशुल्क
सा.का.नि. 74( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना लोकहित में आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 21/2002- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 1 मार्च, 2002 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,-
(i ) क्रम सं. 29 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " शीर्ष सं. 1508 , 1512 , 1513, 1514 या 1515 या उपशीर्ष सं. 1511 10 में आने वाले खाद्य तेल " प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी;
(ii ) क्रम सं . 31 के सामने , स्तंभ (3 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " परिष्कृत खाद्य तेल, खुला या प्रपुंज रूप में ( शीर्ष सं. 1511 में आने वाले तेल को छोड़कर ) " प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी;
( iii ) क्रम सं. 32 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 3 ) की प्रविष्टि में शब्दों और अंकों " ऊपर क्रम सं. 31 के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट से भिन्न हैं " के स्थान पर शब्दों, अंकों और कोष्टक " ( ऊपर क्रम सं. 31 के सामने विनिर्दिष्ट और शीर्ष सं. 1511 में आने वाले तेल से भिन्न हैं ) " को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा;
(iv) क्रम सं. 34 के सामने, स्तंभ (3 ) में मद ( क ) , मद (ख ) और मद ( ग ) के सामने , स्तंभ ( 4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 80 प्रतिशत " प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी; और
(v) क्रम सं . 434 के सामने , स्तंभ (4 ) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " १० प्रतिशत " प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी ।

No. 9/2005 CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 74 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -section (1 ) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 21/2002-Customs, dated the 1st March, 2002, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Table ,-
(i) against S. No. 29, for the entry in column (3 ), the entry " Edible oils falling under headings 1508, 1512 , 1513, 1514 or 1515 or sub - heading 1511 10 " shall be substituted;
(ii) against S. No. 31 , for the entry in column (3), the entry "Refined vegetable oils of edible grade, in loose or bulk form (other than those falling under heading 1511 )" shall be substituted;
(iii) against S. No. 32, in the entry in column (3 ), for the words and figure "other than those specified against S.No. 31 above" , the words , figures and brackets " ( other than those specified against S. No. 31 above and those falling under heading 1511 ) " shall be substituted;
(iv) against S. No. 34 , in column (3 ), against items (A) , (B ) and (C) , for the entries in column (4) , the entry " 80%" shall respectively be substituted; and
(v) against S. No. 434 , for the entry in column (4) , the entry " 90 % " shall be substituted.

Note: The principal notification No. 21 /2002- Customs dated the 1st March, 2002, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , vide G.S.R. 118 (E) , dated the 1st March, 2002 and was last amended by notification No. 7/2005- Customs, dated the 4th February , 2005 [ G.S.R. 50 (F ), dated the 4th February, 2005).
