का.आ. 206 ( अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या 1207 ( अ ) तारीख 16 अक्तूबर, 2003 के अधिक्रमण में, उन बातों को छोड़कर जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है अथवा करने से लोप किया गया है और जहाँ तक इसका संबंध अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के क्रम सं. 4 के सामने उल्लिखित सक्षम प्राधिकारी और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों से है, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग -31 के 1077.693 कि.मी. से 1121.000 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्डके संबंध में, अतिरिक्त सहायक आयुक्त और भूमि अर्जन अधिकारी , उपायुक्त ( कामरूप ) का कार्यालय , पानबाजार, गुवाहाटी, जिला- कामरूप, असम को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कार्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

New Delhi , the 11th February, 2005
S.O. 206( E ). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1207 ( E) dated the 16th October, 2003 in so far as it relates the competent authority mentioned against serial number 4 of the Schedule to that notification and the entries relating thereto , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorizes the Extra Assistant Commissioner and Land Acquisition Officer, Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Kamrup) , Panbazar, Guwahati , District Kamrup, Assam, 3
