का.आ. 212 ( अ ).-. राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड अधिनियम , 1987 (1987 का 37) की धारा 9 के साथ पठित धारा 8 की उपधारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार तत्काल प्रभाव से एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को उनके नाम के सामने दी गई अवधि के लिए राष्ट्रीय डेयरी विकास बोर्ड के निदेशक मंडल के निदेशक नामित करती है तथा इस उद्देश्य के लिए भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( पशुपालन और डेयरी विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 351 (ई) दिनांक 25.4.2001 तथा 656 (ई) दिनांक 21-6-2002 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
क्रम सं0 5 तथा 6 के लिए दिनांक 25.4.2001 की अधिसूचना तथा क्रम सं 0 2 के लिए दिनांक 21.6.2002 की अधिसूचना में और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर

In exercise of powers conferred by Sub- Section (2) of Section 8 read with Section 9 of the National Dairy Development Board Act , 1987 ( 37 of 1987) , the Central Government hereby nominates with immediate effect the following persons to be the Directors on the Board of Directors of the National 3

Dairy Development Board for the period indicated against their names and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the Notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying ) number 351 ( E) dated 25.4.2001 and number 656 ( E ) dated 21.6.2002.
In the Notification dated 25.4.2001 , for Sl . No.5 & 6 and in the Notification dated 21.6.2002 , for Sl . No.2 and the entries relating thereto , the following entries shall be substituted: -
