दिल्ली मास्टर का.आ. 214( अ ) - यतः कुछ परिवर्तन/परिवर्धन , जिन्हें केन्द्र सरकार प्लान-2001 के घरेलु उद्योगों की सूची (अनुलग्नक- III क ) में करने का प्रस्ताव करती है दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1957 का 61 ) की धारा 44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में दिनांक 4.11.2004 की सार्वजनिक सूचना का.आ. 1231 (अ) द्वारा भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किए गए थे और उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11- क की उप धारा (3 ) द्वारा प्रस्तावित परिवर्तन/परिवर्धन पर यथापेक्षित आपत्तिर्या/ सुझाव उक्त सूचना जारी होने की तारीख से 30 दिन के अंदर आमंत्रित किए गए थे ।

2. यतः प्रस्तावित परिवर्तनों/परिवर्धनों के बारे में 63 आपत्तियां/सुझाव प्राप्त हुए थे और इन आपत्तियों/सुझावों पर विचार करने तथा अपनी सिफारिश देने के लिए आयुक्त (नियोजन), डीडीए की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति गठित की गई थी । केन्द्र सरकार ने समिति की सिफारिशों पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के बाद मास्टर प्लान 2001 में संशोधन करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः अब केन्द्र सरकार उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 11 - क की उप धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान 2001 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।

(2) गैर अनुमेय गतिविधियों की सूची में निम्नलिखित प्रक्रियाओं को शामिल किया जाए : -
( i ) कोयला जलाना
( ii ) सी एफ सी गैसों का प्रयोग
(ग) रसायनों के भंडारण के संबंध में धारा को निम्नवत संशोधित किया जाए : -
खतरनाक रसायन का उत्पादन, भंडारण और आयात नियम, 1989 की अनुसूची। और / अथवा ॥ तथा लोक दायित्व बीमा अधिनियम, 1990 के अंतर्गत सूचीबद्ध रसायनों का भंडारण करना प्रतिबंधित होगा । 1.

New Delhi , the 16th February , 2005
S.O. 214( E ) .- Whereas certain additions/ alterations which the Central Government proposed to make in the list of household industries (Annexure IIIA ) of the Master Plan for Delhi 2001 were published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary vide Public Notice S.O. No. 1231 ( E) dated 4.11.04 in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act, 1956 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions on the proposed additions/ alterations as required by sub- section (3 ) of Section 11 -A of the said Act , within thirty days from the date of the said notice .
2. Whereas 63 objections/ suggestions were received with regard to the proposed additions/ alterations and a Committee was constituted under the Chairmanship of Commissioner (Plg . ) , DDA to consider the objections/ suggestions and give its recommendation . The Central Government have , after carefully considering the recommendations of the Committee, decided to modify the Master Plan2001;
3. Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 2) of Section 11 - A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi- 2001 with effect from the date of Publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India .

c) The clause regarding storage of chemicals be modified as under : -
"Storing of chemicals listed under Schedule I and/ or II of the Manufacture , Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989 and Public Liability Insurance Act, 1990 shallbe prohibited" .
