का.आ. 221 ( अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या 1207( अ ) तारीख 16 अक्तूबर, 2003 को अधिक्रांत करते हुए, उन बातों के सिवाय जिन्हें ऐसे अधिक्रमण के पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है और जहां तक इसका संबंध अधिसूचना की अनुसूची के क्रम संख्यांक 2 के सामने उल्लिखित सक्षम प्राधिकारी और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों से है, इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग -31 के 982.000 कि.मी. से 1041.000 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त, उपायुक्त, बारपेटा, जिला बारपेटा, असम का कार्यालय को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का अनुपालन करने के लिए प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 10th February , 2005
S.O. 221 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , mumber S.O. 1207 (E) dated the 16th October, 2003 , in so far as it relates the competent authority mentioned against serial number 2 of the Schedule to that notification and the entries relating thereto , except in respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession , the Central Government hereby authorizes the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Office of the Deputy Commissioner , Barpeta District , Barpeta, Assam, to perform the functions of competent authority under the said Act , with effect from the date of publication ofthis notification in the Official Gazette , in respect ofstretch of land from km . 982.000 to km. 1041.000 of NΗ -31 .
